Developmental Services

The early years of a child’s life are the most important for his/her health and development. Healthy development means that children of all abilities, including those with special health care needs, are able to grow up where their social, emotional and educational needs are met.

At the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties we are dedicated to supporting you in your efforts to provide services for children that may be at risk of delay. Our Developmental Services team, lead by Elisha Perry, reads and interprets all ASQ screening data.  Children that score in a range that could benefit from services or referral will receive that support from our team to include connecting with our partner at FDLRS (3-5) and Early Steps services (0-3).

In addition, our Warm Line is available to families who would like to receive resources and support for their children that could include:  observation, consultation, referral and follow up services from the Coalition staff. To reach the Warm Line, please email warmline@phelc.org or call 727-233-8291 ext. 810.
