Do You Have IT? Understanding Child Development Birth to Age Three

Date: Tue, Mar 19, 2019, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Category: Provider

Skill development during the first three years of a child’s life occurs more rapidly than at any other time. The brain grows and develops as infants, toddlers and twos engage in back and forth verbal exchanges. Their thinking skills flourish as they explore the environment with the support and guidance of an attentive adult. Young children become more independent as they learn to crawl and walk, while developing social and emotional skills allow for more interaction with other people.
Join us as we interactively explore the sequence of skill development during these early years
